On our website you'll now find our programme, offering three very busy days of presentations. Objectives of the conference include:

-    to discuss the challenges and perspectives in knowledge organization in relation to cultural diversity

-    to verify the state of the art of international research in knowledge organization

-    to identify different perspectives of scientific dialog in the international environment of knowledge organization

-    to advance discussions on the current epistemological construction, interdisciplinary dialog, technological applications and the social dimension of knowledge organization

-    to provide international visibility for KO research.

o  Our Keynote speaker will be Maria José López-Huertas, addressing the topic of integrating culture in Knowledge Organization Systems.

o  A Round Table on KO for a Sustainable World will give Chapter representatives, together with our President Joseph Tennis, the chance to develop, share and spread ISKO perspectives.

o  A Welcome Cocktail will be offered on 27th September evening.

o  A Social Programme is being prepared and will be available soon in our website.
